Our friendly team are here to listen and help, whatever your question – whether it’s about symptoms, financial support, bereavement, or you just need to chat. We can provide emotional support, but not counselling. We can talk with you in over 200 languages or using Relay UK. We also have Information and Support Nurses and Energy Support Officers in our team, who may be able to talk to you straight away or can call you back. Our Support Line is currently not able to accept anonymous calls. *Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. Your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

If you’d prefer to speak with our Support Line another way, or the phone line is closed, you can send us an email on support@mariecurie.org.uk. Our friendly team aim to answer all emails within 48 working hours.

If you’d prefer someone to call you back, you can book a call with our Support Line. You can also do this if we’re busy or when we’re closed. One of our team will call you back as soon as they can, within our usual opening hours. This may take longer during busy times or over bank holidays.
