Our fantastic fundraising groups play an important role for Marie Curie by taking part in all our national campaigns like the Great Daffodil Appeal and other yearly collections. They also organise fundraising events and activities within their local community. Our groups act as ambassadors, helping to spread the word about Marie Curie and encouraging local people, clubs and organisations to fundraise for us too.

How do I join a group?

There are over 300 Marie Curie fundraising groups all across the UK. Simply fill in the online form or give us a call on 0845 052 4184 and someone from your local area will be in touch with the groups nearest to you.

How your fundraising helps

All funds raised help us make sure that we can be there for more people at the end of their lives, in their homes and in our hospices.

could help fund a Support Line call or webchat, meaning someone in need can receive practical information and emotional support.

What support will I get?

You’ll be supported every step of the way by your local Community Fundraiser. They’ll meet you and the group and are always at the end of a phone. And of course, you’ll have the support of your other group members. We also have an array of fundraising goodies to help promote your group and its activities.
