Using our logos and information
The name MARIE CURIE is a registered trade mark of Marie Curie, a charity registered in England and Wales (charity reg. no: 207944) and Scotland (charity reg. no: SC038731).
The Marie Curie name and logos are subject of UK Trade Mark Applications No. UK00003954850, UK00003957365, UK00003974462, and copyright protection.
Use of the Marie Curie name and logos is only permitted on the condition that:
- it is purely for referential and non-commercial purposes and any fundraising activities are for the benefit of Marie Curie;
- the logos are not combined with any other names or graphic elements, animated, manipulated or altered in any way (including the colour, proportions, font, design, arrangement and perspective);
- the logos are not used in a way that indicates or creates the impression that Marie Curie in any way endorses, approves, sponsors, or is affiliated with goods, products or services being sold or supplied by the user.
Marie Curie reserves the right to require materials and logos to be removed if we believe it is not in our interests, or in accordance with our charitable goals and objectives.
All other use of the Marie Curie name and logos is prohibited without Marie Curie's express consent.
