Why we've set up this service
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, older people and those living with specific long-term conditions, including terminal illness and frailty, are more vulnerable than ever, yet there are limitations to the face-to-face care and support normally available.
Marie Curie and South West London Health & Care Partnership have moved quickly to support residents and professionals to meet the ongoing and growing needs of vulnerable people in the area.
South West London Health and Care Partnership has commissioned Marie Curie to support the local population, including patients, families and health and social care professionals, to provide specialist information and support services during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
