Overnight care is available in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, East Kent, West Kent, West Sussex, Fareham and Gosport, and in partnership with Thames Hospice. Daytime care is available in Fareham and Gosport.
Companion volunteers provide practical and emotional support in care homes across East Surrey. They offer free, flexible and personalised help to people at the end of life, and to their families and carers – from helping with advance care planning conversations to offering companionship.
