What our patients and their loved ones have told us
We ask our patients and their carers to tell us about their experience of using Marie Curie services. In 2023–2024:
- 98% rated their experience of Marie Curie care and support was very good or good
- 92% told us we always involved them in decisions about care
- 98% of patients said that we always treated them with dignity and respect
- 97% said they were always able to give their views on the quality of care and support.
